This server administration plan inlude monthly support only for servers based on any of the following control panels. Those are Cpanel, Directadmin, Virtualmin and Plesk. Any other control panel is not supported by this plan. Insteed you need to buy the generic monthly administration plan.  Any issue that might arise on your server will be solved asap as long as it is based on any of the supported control panels. Any extra package that needs to be installed will also included in this plan.
