Service Level Agreement SLA

The Service Level Agreement will apply to you if you have registered for services with Guru-host and you are in good financial standing with us. If you have an outstanding balance, SLA will not be applied. The following SLA cover all customers having any dedicated server hosted only in the UK no matter the data centre unless stated during the sign up process or under server details. Clients who host or rent dedicated servers in Greece have already received their SLA according to Greek law and the Greek data centre. Same SLA apply to any server located in Germany too.
