Network maintenance schedule

Please find below a planned network maintenance schedule

1st maintenance window: 2009-03-08 00:01 to 2009-03-08 04:00 GMT
2nd maintenance window: 2009-03-15 00:01 to 2009-03-12 04:00 GMT

Likely impact: Clients may experience up to 5 minutes of packet loss and high latency.

This planned maintenance window is to implement the second stage of our core network upgrades. We will be replacing our core switching equipment. During this window there will be reduced levels of redundancy within our core network, and customers with single network connections will have service impacted as above.

This issue will affect only clients with Virtual Private Servers hosted at Redbus.

Please open a support ticket if you have any queries regarding this notification.
